I'm delighted to announce that I have been invited to show my work at the upcoming group show inspired by still life called "Still Moments" at The Sanctuary Gallery in Newnham, Gloucestershire. I'm showing eight still life paintings from the evening of the 22nd March when the private view is, through to the 27th April 2024.
Other artists joining me are Charles MacCarthy, Rose Arbuthnot, Lucy Burley, Greta Hart, Jayne Tricker and Angela Findlay. There will be a mix of paintings, ceramics and prints for art collectors to buy. Blue Table Top is one of the eight still life paintings I will be showing:
My still life painting is experimental so the styles that I work in do vary but there's always a strong sense of colour and composition. This is one of the two small paintings I'll be showing, called Bowl of Cherries:
