What is your shipping policy?
If you order before midday in the UK and your order doesn’t require hand painting then I will endeavour to ship it the same day. If your order is for an original painting that needs careful packing and shipment arrangements this may take 1-7 days before shipment.
Greeting cards, and paper goods will be dispatched the same day or next day after your order is placed. Usually if you’ve ordered before midday I can dispatch the same day but do check if your order is urgent!
Pet portraits can take from between 1 to 2 weeks depending on how quickly suitable photos are supplied.
All orders delivered to the UK are sent first class. If something has a value of £20 and over it will be sent by recorded delivery. You can also pay extra for low value items to be delivered to you by recorded delivery if you would like to sign for them.
Original paintings will be sent to you via a signed for service at no extra charge to you. If you live in Norfolk I may hand deliver your artwork.
You will have the option to choose whether you wish to pay for tracking of your items no matter how high or low the order value is. I cannot refund you if orders go missing in transit. All original paintings will be sent via a tracked shipping service and I will need to charge for this.
Are you environmentally friendly?
Wherever possible. I use acid free paper and FSC approved paper and wood stock from sustainable sources. I still use cello bags for all my cards and prints, primarily for protection from the elements. I have investigated biodegradeable cellophane bags but have discovered that if these get damp they start to deteriorate ( thereby spoiling contents) and in fact a specific temperature and method of recycling is needed to break these down. All paper in the office is recycled if possible and cardboard reused.
Where mount board is used to back or mount my prints and artworks it is acid free to last a lifetime and will not contaminate the archive quality paper I use.
How do I order wholesale?
I do not currently have a wholesale range, this could change in 2020.
Can I reproduce images from your website?
In some circumstances. Please ask first. Sharing with attribution to Pinterest is fine. Reproduction of any image for sale or to encourage your own sales or plagiarism is not. Always credit an artist if showing their work on social media - ideally checking it’s ok first.
Any other questions?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will reply as soon as I can - thank you.
